Call to Convention

The 87th Convention of AFT-Wisconsin will be held virtually on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 6:30-9:00 pm with the Delegate Session on Saturday, October 23 beginning at 8:30 am. The convention is open to all members of AFT-Wisconsin, but registration is required. The deadline for registration is September 30; no late registrants can be accepted. Madison, WI - Today the UW System announced that Board of Regents President Edmund Manydeeds III has selected AFT-Wisconsin VP of Higher Education Jon Shelton as a member of the UW System Presidential Search Committee. Shelton is an Associate Professor of Democracy and Justice Studies at UW-Green Bay, and also serves as his campus’s Faculty Representative to the UW System.
