At ULI members from different locals and constituencies come together to gain union skills and professional development, and build new friendships along the way. They learn about the issues affecting all of us and generate innovative approaches to addressing them. Most of all, they bring their knowledge “back home” to the local, sparking new initiatives and collective actions that build the union.
